This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all safari tours, holiday packages, mountain climbing expeditions, and related travel services offered by Wildicon Safaris. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the booking procedures and conditions described below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency, smooth planning, and mutual understanding between Wildicon Safaris and our clients.
A booking with Wildicon Safaris can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized agents. Once you select your preferred tour or request a custom itinerary, we will provide a detailed itinerary, quotation, and booking instructions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
We receive the required deposit, and
We issue a written booking confirmation.
All bookings are subject to availability of accommodations, flights, park permits, and other services at the time of confirmation.
To secure your booking, a deposit of certain amount per person is required. This deposit allows us to reserve accommodations, park permits, domestic flights, vehicles, guides, and other essential services.
The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. However, it may be transferred to new travel dates, subject to availability and supplier conditions.
The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund.
Wildicon Safaris accepts payments via:
International bank transfer
Credit or debit card (where applicable)
Online payment platforms (as advised)
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client and must be covered in full so that the net amount received equals the invoiced tour price.
All tour prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are based on current rates for accommodations, park fees, fuel, government taxes, and services at the time of booking.
The tour price includes only the services specifically mentioned in your itinerary. Any services not explicitly stated (such as international flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses) are excluded.
Wildicon Safaris reserves the right to adjust prices if there are significant increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, or other operational expenses beyond our control. Clients will be informed promptly if such changes occur.
Clients may request changes to travel dates, accommodations, routes, or services after booking confirmation. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
Any additional costs incurred due to changes (including supplier penalties) must be paid by the client before the revised itinerary is confirmed.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and travel information
Ensuring passports are valid for at least six months
Obtaining visas and travel insurance
Meeting health and vaccination requirements
Arriving on time for scheduled activities
Wildicon Safaris is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
Lost or delayed baggage
Wildicon Safaris shall not be held liable for costs that could have been covered by adequate insurance.
Wildicon Safaris shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Political instability
Pandemics or health emergencies
Weather conditions
Airline schedule changes
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or reschedule services, subject to supplier policies.
By confirming a booking with Wildicon Safaris and making a payment, the client acknowledges full acceptance of this Booking Policy. These terms apply to all travelers included in the booking.
